Throws a stable Total Eclipse Hex and an understable Particle Proton Hex, and bought a Proton Reactor that is basically what they wanted; it fades a bit fast for now but they expect it to settle as it beats in. Really likes it for forehands, and it pushed a Balance out of the bag.

“so I went out and bought me a proton reactor (2026 OTB open run) and it’s basically what I was looking for. It does seem to want to fade fast”

Loves the Hex and has many, but bags a Reactor instead because they throw mostly forehand and it handles torque better: thrown with a bit of hyzer it flips to flat and holds dead straight. Maxes out around 400 ft.

Has a Neutron and an Eclipse Reactor and finds the Eclipse far more stable; the Reactor flips up to flat for them on a hyzer and they throw it about 280 ft.

“I have both a Neutron reactor and a eclipse reactor and the eclipse is way more stable. However if you're throwing it up to 370 feet you probably want a”

Bags an Eclipse Reactor plus a Hex or Echo depending on wind: the Eclipse Reactor is reliably straight with a finish, usually pretty flat, and feels better than a Hex on forehand.

“I bag an Eclipse Reactor and either a Hex or Echo depending on wind. For me the Eclipse Reactor is reliably straight with finish. Usually pretty flat and feels better”

Maxes out Reactors around 275 ft and bags two instead of a Hex: a Proton Particle Glow one that flips toward flat and finishes with a pushing fade, and a Fission one that flips up to flat with a bit of drift and always comes back slightly left.

“I bag a proton particle glow (more stable) and a fission (more neutral). My fission will flip up to flat in neutral wind conditions and provide a bit of drift,”

After 21 years playing at a fairly high level, found the Reactor a positive surprise: a stable mid that flies as far as a fairway driver without as much fade.

“Reactor was a positive surprise. Stable midrange that flies as far as a fairway driver, without as much fade. Even”

Calls the Reactor almost a PD among mids: straight, torque resistant with a predictable subtle fade, goes far and is great for trapped lines on a baby flex.

“Also Reactor. Almost the PD og mids. Straight, torque resistant with a predictable subtle fade, and it goes far. For some reason I never bagged that "tweener" mid between straight”

The Reactor is their favourite midrange for both forehand and backhand, doing both equally well.

“Reactor is my favorite midrange when it comes to be able to do forehanding and backhanding. It does both equally well.”
