Uses a Berg and Järn approach combo and loves having both, because there are many shots the Berg can't make where they want something longer and more overstable.
“Both. I use Berg and Jarn approach combo, and I love having that option. There are so many shots the Berg cannot make where you want something longer and more”
The Berg is their go-to approach, reliable once they figured it out; they use an Entropy or Maiden out of range, and pull out the Ruby when they need to turn a shot over with low force.
“Berg is my go to approach. Its special for sure but reliable once I figured it out. If out of range I use an Enthropy or Maiden depending on the flight I want. If I need to turn the shot”

“2: Star Wombat 3. That slightly flippy mid that has glide forever. In the woods it's the go to for anything 260 and in that needs control. Been there over”
The newest disc in their bag is the PA-5; not sure they'd replace it if lost, but it eases their mind for the shots they use it on because it is dependably flippy.

In nearly a decade of playing has used only a few molds, putting with a Pilot since 2020 after a P2, choosing it because it is widely available in many plastics and slightly shallower than the P2.
“Playing for near a decade I've used like 3-4 different molds and been putting with the streamline pilot since 2020. I previously putted with the P2 and between”
Played at elevation with a four-disc bag and found their discs not as flippy as usual, but took an Archangel and it flew perfectly.

“Westside Sword. I have no idea where they got the flight numbers for this one from, but its way more understable than they would lend you to think.”

Their TSA Color Glow Vessel flexes like soft Neutron and flew like a Zone with a little less glide, handling plenty of torque, but loses grip when wet, which matters for winter play.
“My Vessel is in TSA Color Glow. The flexibility is pretty good, like a soft Neutron. However, it's a premium plastic, and it loses grip in any kind”

“Got the propaganda and streamline shift, shift is a flip machine, great with a tailwind or long turnovers with a forward pushing fade, propaganda is the Goldilocks disc in this”
Recommends the Svea for reinforcing essentials: it shows any form errors and stays on whatever line you put it on, a little understable, so a dipped elbow or too much hyzer is obvious.

“Personally I like the Panther. It's a smaller diameter mid that is very easy to shape shots.”

“It's been a Big Z Thrasher for several years now. I have two in my bag that I bought at the same time. I threw one about 75% of the”
Their first self-bought distance driver was a Ballista, which flies far more understable than its numbers; still their farthest-flying disc ever, but the wide rim made it wind-sensitive and it needed about 60 ft of lateral movement for max distance.
“My first distance driver I bought for myself was a L64 Ballista (14,5,-1,3 but it flies way more understable than that). I was a noob and didnt know better. Its”

“The Nu R is next, and my main long driver when head wind isn't an issue either hyzer flip or long gliding steeper hyzers. The Proton R is a little”

“My favorite distance driver from MVP/Axiom is the Vanish. Flies pretty close to a Wraith in my experience but overall straighter.”
Gets over 500 ft on the course and finds only two MVP/Axiom distance drivers predictable; the Tenacity flips but never uncontrollably, so they use it for hyzer flips needing 450+ ft.
“The Tenacity will flip but never uncontrollably so I use it on Hyzer flips that I need 450' or more on and the Zenith is the only MVP disc thats”

“F5 is a great straight fairway. Not super long for me, but accurate and workable.”

“you might look at a lattitude 64 Bolt. It flys forever and you can get bullet straight shots any distance you want. 13 speed, but my noodle arm speed is only 54+/- and with the right wind 400 ft is”
Prefers the Construct to the Gorgon and says it flies more like a -2/2 than its 10/6/-1/2 numbers.
“Only thing similar that I much prefer, is a thought space athletics Construct. 10/6/-1/2. But flies more like a -2/2”
Calls the Inertia an underrated driver: less stable than a Trail and a real bomber with an initial left-to-right drift.
“I think MVP Inertia is an underrated driver. Less stable than a trail, really bomb with an initial left to right drift.”
Has given a Drift to every friend who starts playing: it flies straighter than an Eagle for new players and becomes a great workable disc with more power.
“Streamline Drift is my rec; I've given one to all my friends that start playing. It will fly straiter than an eagle for newbies, and turns into a great workable”
Tried a Westside Bear recently and really liked it, recommending it as an overstable fairway driver.

“Saint Pro is VERY understable, and glidey. It's a different disc than the regular Saint for sure, but I would never use either in the wind.”
Throws a 170 g Lucid Vandal as their 9-speed and loves it: lots of glide and dead straight, and once beaten in it becomes a good turnover and roller disc.
“I throw a 170 Lucid Vandal that I absolutely love for my 9 speed. Tons of glide. Dead straight. And when it beats in, it becomes a really good turnover/roller”
The only MVP disc they have found that flies like their old Zones is a Proton Entropy from a used bin; other Entropy plastics don't have the overstability or hand feel they like.
“Only mvp disc I have found to fly like my old zones is a Proton Entropy. I got lucky and found a used bin one. Any other plastic entropy or other discs just don’t have”
The TeeBird3 in Champion plastic gives them a perfect, reliable flight with a tiny turn and reliable fade, getting out to about 330–350 ft.

Says the special-edition Aspect was very overstable at first but has beaten in quickly, already showing much less dump at the end. Contrasts it with their Control, which they have thrown far more without it changing much.

After trying a lot of Prodigy since returning to the sport, the only mold that stayed in their bag is a 400 H7. Says it has the same numbers as a Roadrunner but is far more controllable for them, and they only like it in 400 plastic.
“the only mold that has stuck in my bag is a 400 H7. Same numbers as a Roadrunner, but for me it's just way more controllable. I don't care for”

“I highly recommend the Lat64 Grand Sweep for this (not the Clear Sweep). I can keep them very as straight up to about 400. They are very impressive and underrated.”
Their current control driver is a Swirly S-Line Vanguard: it started out beefy and needed patience to beat in, and now holds its angle to the end on anhyzer, flips to flat on hyzer and gives a small S-turn without an aggressive fade.
“I got a swirly s line discmania vanguard which is my current control driver. It started out beef but you gotta be patient and beat it in. Holds it's angle”
An ESP Undertaker has been good for them: it took a few months of breaking in to get closer to neutral and now holds a nice turnover or hyzer-flip line.
“Esp undertaker has been good for me, took some breaking in to get closer to neutral stability but not more than a few months. Holds a nice turnover or for hyzer flip up lines. DGA”

“I’ve also been using a 156g Impulse lately, and have to say that it’s like a baby Valk for me. Not the exact same flight pattern, but I can backhand”
